Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Telecaller to join our stock market broking firm. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining financial products and services, and converting leads into active customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.

• Explain stock market services such as trading accounts, advisory plans, and investment opportunities.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong relationships.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.

• Stay updated with basic stock market trends and company offerings.

• Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of stock market/trading (preferred).

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.

• Familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate in any field.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or financial services preferred (0–2 years also acceptable for freshers).
