Job Summary
We are hiring a highly driven Telesales Representative to generate sales, close deals, and build lasting customer relationships over the phone. You will present our products, overcome objections, and hit monthly sales quotas. The ideal candidate possesses excellent persuasive communication skills, resilience, and a proven track record in phone-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers to pitch products.
Follow prepared sales scripts and adapt them dynamically.
Ask targeted questions to understand client needs.
Overcome customer doubts and negotiate pricing.
Close deals and process sales orders accurately.
Update and maintain the CRM database with call details.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
