Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients registered on the website.

Explain our matchmaking services, membership plans, and benefits.

Understand customer requirements and guide them about suitable profiles.

Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into paid memberships.

Update customer details, call logs

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries politely and professionally.

Coordinate with the backend team whenever required.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication skills in Marathi

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle Excel.

Confident, polite, and patient while speaking with customers.

Must have your own mobile phone and stable internet connection (reimbursed).
