Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to pitch products, generate interest, and book appointments.
Inbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and a positive attitude.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads and update customer information in CRM systems.
Sales & Support: Explain features, process orders, offer solutions, and aim to close deals or meet sales quotas.
Documentation: Maintain accurate call records, update databases, and create reports.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Sales Aptitude: Persuasive, confident, and able to handle rejection and objections.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, basic computer skills, and data entry.
