Job Role: Franchise Development & Franchise Sales To Intrested Leads
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from potential franchise partners across India.
Explain the Chahapani Amruttulya franchise model, investment details, profit structure, and operational support provided.
Guide prospective franchisees through the onboarding process, from initial interest to final agreement.
Maintain a database of leads, track interactions, and follow up regularly.
Conduct video or phone meetings to clarify queries and build trust with potential partners.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth transition and setup support for new franchisees.
Meet monthly franchise conversion targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales or customer service experience preferred (franchise sales experience is a plus).
Ability to present business ideas clearly and confidently.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to handle multiple inquiries.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, emails).
Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages are a bonus).
