About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our sales team for gym and fitness equipment. The role involves communicating with potential customers, explaining product details, and generating leads. This position is ideal for freshers who have strong communication skills and an interest in sales or the fitness equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding gym and fitness equipment.

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers in a clear and professional manner.

• Follow up with interested clients and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and delivery updates.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM preferred).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

• Interest in fitness or gym equipment industry is desirable.
