About the role: At Bliss Realty, we are hiring for dynamic and extraordinary talents who will be essential in engaging with potential clients and understanding their unique needs. By showcasing tailored property solutions, you’ll guide prospects through the buying process, ensuring a seamless transition to purchase. Your focus on relationship building and collaboration with the sales team will help in delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

● Connect with potential clients and understand their property requirements

● Share clear information about real estate projects, including location, price, and special features.

● Help clients find the best property deals that suit their needs

● Turn interested people into prospects and convince them for visiting projects by generating leads.

● Provide great customer service by proactively answering queries and collaborate with the sales team to make the buying process easy.

● Build meaningful relationships with clients to keep them interested.

● Follow up regularly with potential clients to keep them engaged and move them towards buying.

Qualifications/Skills:

● Any experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (especially in real estate or insurance) is helpful but freshers can apply.

● Good communication skills and ability to convince clients.

● Speak and write well in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Salary & Benefits:

● ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month salary.

● Unlimited incentives based on your performance.
