A Tele caller (Fresher) is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to customers to promote company products or services. The role includes explaining offers clearly, understanding customer needs, and providing accurate information in a polite and professional manner. Tele callers maintain call records, follow up with interested customers, and work toward daily or monthly targets. Freshers are expected to have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
