📌 Role Overview
The Outbound Telecaller will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers, promoting company services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and target-driven performance.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/HRMS systems.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle objections and provide clear information about company offerings.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professionalism in communication.
🎯 Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
