We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to connect with corporate clients and promote telecom SIM solutions from leading providers such as VI, Jio, and Tata. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and relationship building with decision-makers in organizations.
Make outbound calls to corporate clients to promote telecom SIM services (VI, Jio, Tata).
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to decision-makers.
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM software.
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Strong communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus).
Prior experience in telecalling, telecom sales, or corporate client handling preferred.
Ability to persuade and build rapport with corporate professionals.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
