Calling customers and providing information about the company’s services/products.
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Understanding leads, giving them accurate information, and trying to convert them.
Updating daily calling reports and lead status.
Understanding customer queries and providing the right solutions.
Working with the team and achieving targets.
Good communication skills (Hindi required; English is an added advantage).
Sweet, polite, and professional way of speaking.
Basic knowledge of computer and mobile operations.
Calling experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
