About the Role

Acuerdo India Private Limited is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers to join our Collections team. The role involves contacting customers regarding overdue loan payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers with overdue loan or credit accounts.

- Follow up on pending payments and encourage timely repayment.

- Negotiate payment schedules and settlements as per company guidelines.

- Update customer interactions and payment commitments in the CRM system.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies during all customer interactions.

- Coordinate with Team Leaders and the Operations team for escalations.

Eligibility

- 10+2 / Graduate (Preferred).

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Experience in collections, telecalling, customer service, BPO, or sales is an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

- Target-oriented mindset.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
