Telecaller

Job Description

Acryonix is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Calling Executive to join our

growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls,

explaining company services, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate call records.

This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in a professional SaaS and

technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using company-

provided data

• Explain Acryonix’s products and services clearly and professionally

• Identify customer needs and generate interest in company offerings

• Follow up with interested leads and share relevant information

• Answer basic customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

• Update call details, lead status, and feedback in CRM or Excel sheets

• Meet daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets

• Maintain professionalism and positive communication on every call

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati

• Confident speaking ability over phone calls

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, or similar tools)

• Good listening and customer-handling skills

• Willingness to learn about SaaS and technology services

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0–2 years

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Male and female candidates can apply

• Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an added advantageJob Details

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Job Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
