We are looking for a dedicated Inbound Telecaller to handle incoming customer calls, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional manner
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Follow up with customers for issue resolution
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Fresher & experienced both can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi / basic English)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude & problem-solving skills
