Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Follow process guidelines and meet daily call handling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution wherever required.
Minimum 1 year experience in an inbound call center environment.
Good communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
