Department: Inside Sales / Business Development
Reports To: Sales Manager
Locations Available: Dwarka Sector 7 (near Rampal Chowk) OR Mangolpuri, New Delhi
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education)

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying fresh sales opportunities, initiating contact with prospective clients, building enduring relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly persuasive communicator who is deeply focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while actively converting leads into revenue.
Elaborate Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting
Cold Calling Excellence: Conduct daily outbound telecalls to potential business owners, entrepreneurs, and clients across India to pitch our elite services.
Prospect Identification: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads, mapping out market opportunities to expand our customer base.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects through rigorous follow-ups and strategic tele-sales tactics.
2. Product Promotion & Sales Conversion
Franchise Sales: Educate prospective clients on the immense value, profitability, and operational structure of establishing their own "GST Suvidha Center" franchise.
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique business needs of the prospect and deliver a compelling, persuasive pitch that aligns our financial and digital services with their goals.
Deal Closure: Address client objections effectively, negotiate terms within guidelines, and close sales efficiently to drive business growth.
