Job Opening: Tele Sales Executive

I Location: INDWELL SQUARE, 3rdFloor, Auto Nagar, 100feet Road, Vijayawada, AP

Salary: Based on Interview Performance

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Strong communication & leadership skills

• Good negotiation and convincing ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

• Ability to handle targets and pressure

Preferred:

• Experience in sales/marketing (2–6 years preferred)

• Team handling experience is an advantage
