We are searching for an ambitious and articulate Digital Product Sales Executive to drive the adoption and sales of our cutting-edge IT solutions and digital products. This role is heavily focused on inside sales and telephone outreach, requiring you to be highly proficient in engaging clients and selling complex products remotely.
You will be the key driver in establishing relationships, presenting the value of our digital portfolio, and closing deals primarily through high-volume, professional sales calls.
· Priority: High-Volume Sales Calls: Execute targeted, high-impact sales calls (cold and warm) daily to engage potential clients, introduce our IT digital products, and drive lead qualification and conversion.
· Product Expertise: Become an expert in our specific IT digital products (e.g., SaaS, software platforms, cloud services). Clearly articulate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages during client discussions.
· Digital Product Pitching: Coordinate and conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations tailored to showcase how our digital offerings solve client challenges.
· Market Hunter: Proactively identify and research potential clients within the B2B IT space, focusing on ideal customer profiles for our digital portfolio.
· Relationship Builder: Initiate contact with potential clients to establish rapport and deeply understand their specific technology and digital requirements.
· Deal Closer: Prepare compelling quotations and professional proposals, manage follow-up communication, and successfully negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, call logs, and progress within the sales pipeline.

Digital/IT Product Acumen: Ability to quickly understand and explain technical product descriptions and sales concepts.
Negotiation Mastery: Strong negotiation abilities, overcoming objections, and closing deals remotely.
Goal-Oriented: Highly self-motivated with a relentless drive to achieve call volume and revenue targets.
Tech Fluency (Required): Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual meeting platforms.
Sales Cycle Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the B2B sales process and customer handling in a digital environment.
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
· Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Tele Sales, Sales, Business Development, or Client Handling.
o Note: We strongly prefer candidates with prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or selling IT/Digital products. Confident and articulate fresh graduates are still welcome to apply.
