Relationship Manager (RM)

Location: Lucknow | Meerut | Muzaffarnagar | Haridwar | Dehradun | Kotdwar
Job Purpose:
To build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches, drive sales of insurance products, achieve business targets, ensure smooth service delivery, and uphold the company’s brand image across assigned clusters.
Key Responsibilities:
�� Sales & Business Development
· Achieve and exceed targets for new business & renewals through assigned bank branches.
· Generate leads through branch activities and follow up for closures.
· Promote company products effectively within the bank network.
�� Branch Relationship Management
· Build excellent rapport with bank officials at the branch and cluster level.
· Assist bank staff in understanding product features and helping customers.
�� Customer Service & Operations
· Ensure seamless sales support:
o Help in documentation
o Coordinate for medicals
o Verify proposal forms
o Follow up for policy issuance
· Support in renewal premium collections and customer servicing.
�� Brand Promotion & Activities
· Conduct activities such as Bima Bazaars, customer meets, and branch events.
· Ensure consistent visibility of the company’s brand across the cluster.
�� Reporting & Compliance
· Maintain daily activity reports, MIS, and performance trackers.
· Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory norms.
Key Skills Required:
· Proficiency in local language & working knowledge of English
· Strong interpersonal & relationship management skills
· Sales-driven mindset with customer-centric approach
· Good communication & coordination skills
Experience Required:
· 1 to 6 years experience in Insurance / Banking / BFSI sector
· Must be a Graduate
