Core Responsibilities & Roles
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Setting, monitoring, and achieving weekly/monthly sales targets and call volumes.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Training telesales representatives on cold calling, objection handling, and product knowledge, particularly regarding complex manufacturing specifications.
Lead Generation & Management: Creating leads for field sales teams, nurturing prospective customers, and managing the sales pipeline to identify new business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining, nurturing, and updating customer databases to ensure accurate records of orders, preferences, and interactions.
Product Expertise: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of manufactured goods to provide technical recommendations, address client needs, and overcome objections.
Performance Analytics: Reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and call volume to identify trends and improve team effectiveness.
Order Processing: Overseeing the process of receiving and accurately entering purchase orders.
Conflict Resolution: Handling escalated customer complaints or urgent inquiries professionally to maintain long-term relationships
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Proven experience as a Tele sales Manager, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to persuade stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) and Microsoft Office.
Leadership: Strong ability to motivate a team and work well under pressure.
