सेल्स टेली काउंसलर

We are looking for a passionate, target-driven, and student-focused Tele Counsellor who can guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups. The role typically combines student guidance, lead management, and admissions support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.

• Counsel students regarding Online UG, PG, MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Com, M.Com, MA and other programs.

• Understand students' educational background, career goals, and recommend suitable courses.

• Explain university features, eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.

• Follow up regularly with leads received through the website, social media, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions while achieving monthly targets.

• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM after every interaction.

• Assist students with application forms, document collection, fee payment, and admission completion.

• Coordinate with universities and internal operations teams for smooth admission processing.

• Resolve student queries professionally via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.

• Build long-term relationships with students by providing excellent pre- and post-admission support.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu (additional regional languages are an advantage).

• Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
