Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telesales Executive cum customer support executives to connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and convert leads into sales. If you enjoy talking to people and closing deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
Handle customer objections professionally
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in English and local language
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge (CRM is a plus)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Sales experience preferred but freshers are welcome
