Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart and confident Telecaller & Data Entry Executive who can handle customer calls, maintain records, and manage data accurately. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and attend inbound customer calls
Explain company services/products to clients
Maintain customer database and update records regularly
Perform data entry work with accuracy and efficiency
Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and updates
Prepare daily reports in Excel/software
Coordinate with internal departments when required
Maintain professional communication with customers
Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Good typing speed and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time
Positive attitude and teamwork skills
