Job Title: Tele Caller – Loan Recovery / Loan Collection
Vacancies: 30

Experience: Fresher & Experienced (DRA / Non-DRA both eligible)
Job Location: Work From Office
Job Type: Full-Time
Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Make outbound calls to customers for loan EMI recovery and overdue payment follow-ups
Explain due amounts and payment options clearly to customers
Convince customers to clear pending EMIs on time
Maintain proper call records and follow-up status
Follow company policies and recovery guidelines
Qualification: 10+ or above
Basic computer knowledge required
Basic understanding of English
Good Hindi communication skills
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)
