*Job Description: Inside Sales Executive*

*Company:* Zorgers Home Healthcare

*Location:* Mohali - Work From Office

*Shift:* Day Shift - Monday to Saturday | *Timings:* 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

*Salary:* ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

*About Zorgers:*

Zorgers is a leading Home Healthcare service provider offering trained caregivers, nurses, and physiotherapists for home care across North India.

*Job Role:*

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to convert incoming enquiries into clients and drive revenue growth through phone and WhatsApp.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Lead Handling:* Handle inbound leads, calls, WhatsApp & website enquiries

- *Counselling:* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable home healthcare services (caregiver, nurse, physio, etc.)

- *Sales Conversion:* Follow up, negotiate, close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

- *CRM Management:* Update all lead status, call logs and follow-ups in CRM/Excel

- *Coordination:* Coordinate with operations and HR team for service deployment

- *Customer Support:* Ensure excellent client experience and handle after-sales queries

*Requirements:*

- 6 months - 2 years experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Customer Service

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English. Punjabi is a plus

- Confident, target-oriented and good at convincing clients

- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp

- Graduation preferred but 12th pass with good sales skills can apply
