Tele calling

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Kwikcreds Solution Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate should have at least knowledge in Personal Loan, Home loan and Mortgage.

2. Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications.

3. Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.

4. Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations.

5 Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans.

6. Monitor and update account records.

7. Submit loan applications in a timely manner.

8. Prepare detailed loan proposals.

9. Reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to applicants.

10. Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Lead Generation,Computer Knowledge is an added advantage.
