We are looking for a dynamic and confident Presales Executive for the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients, generating leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding real estate projects
Generate and follow up with leads from different sources
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to clients
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain client database and daily follow-up records
Build good relationships with customers and understand their requirements
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Update lead status in CRM or Excel sheets regularly
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate preferred
Ability to work on targets and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge
