Call customers/prospects from the assigned database and introduce YKBI’s products and services.

Understand the customer's requirements, interests, preferences, and concerns during the call.

Invite interested customers to visit the YKBI studio for a detailed consultation and demonstration.

Schedule and coordinate studio visits/appointments with interested customers.

Follow up with customers who have shown interest and encourage them to schedule a studio visit.

Answer customer queries related to products, services, pricing, process, packages, and other relevant information.

Provide customers with accurate and relevant information about YKBI’s offerings. Coordinate with the studio/sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience during the visit.

Maintain and regularly update customer records, lead status, call outcomes, follow-ups, and scheduled visits in the CRM/database.

Follow up with customers after their studio visit to understand their feedback and assist with any pending queries.

Identify potential sales opportunities and hand over qualified leads to the concerned sales/consulting team.

Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective customers throughout the sales journey.

Ensure timely follow-up with leads until they are converted, closed, or marked as not interested.

Achieve assigned targets for calls, customer conversations, qualified leads, appointments, and studio visits.

Maintain professional, courteous, and positive communication with customers at all times.

Support customer engagement and promotional activities as required.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements, appointments, and follow-ups.
