Job Summary:
We are looking for a sales-oriented Telecaller with a soft and professional communication style who can effectively interact with potential clients, generate leads, and contribute to Educational growth. The candidate should be confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Location: Vile Parle (SAHARA HOTEL)
Timing : 9:30am to 6:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing Students
2. Generate leads and convert them into Admissions opportunities
3. Clearly explain company Courses. (training will be provided)
4. Maintain a positive and professional communication tone with Students and Parents
5. Follow up on leads and maintain proper call records and CRM updates
6. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
7. Handle Students queries and provide accurate information
8. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth closure of deals
Required Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
2. Soft-spoken, polite, and customer-friendly approach
3. Strong sales and convincing skills
4. Basic knowledge of telecalling and lead generation
5. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
6. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
7. Preferred Candidate Profile
8. 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales
9. Experience in tele calling and sales
10. Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Salary Bracket :
1. ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 in-hand per month (based on experience) last CTC will be considered
