Job Description:

Biotronix Instruments is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales calls, generating leads, and coordinating with customers for medical equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls using leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, and other platforms
Generate new leads and maintain a database of potential customers
Convince buyers and convert inquiries into sales
Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and relationship building
Handle inbound inquiries professionally
Coordinate with office and sales team for order processing and dispatch
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic knowledge of sales process and customer handling
Ability to work with online lead portals (IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.)
Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
