Lumbyn is looking for an earnest and hardworking Solar Technical Sales Executive to join our Patna team. This is a unique role where you will use your technical knowledge of solar systems to help customers transition to clean energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Survey: Conduct rooftop measurements and shading analysis for residential homes.

• Lead Generation: Visit potential customers (on-ground) to explain the benefits of solar energy.

• Technical Pitch: Use your knowledge (Suryamitra/ITI) to answer customer queries about panels, inverters, and subsidies.

• Documentation: Collect electricity bills and site photos to prepare proposals on the spot.

• Target: Meet daily site visit goals and convert "Promising" leads into customers.

Requirements:

• Certification: Suryamitra certified or ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.

• Tools: Must have a 2-Wheeler (Bike/Scooty) and a Smartphone.

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and comfortable talking to new people.

• Mindset: "Action-first" attitude—you enjoy being in the field rather than sitting in an office.
