ABOUT THE ROLE

Universo Realtors is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead and drive a high-performing sales team in the

Central Mumbai market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing a sales team and strong market knowledge of

Mulund, Bhandup, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Powai, and Ghatkopar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers.

• Manage day-to-day team performance and target achievement.

• Handle and guide the team on company-generated digital leads.

• Monitor lead follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.

• Coach team members to improve sales conversion and productivity.

• Track team performance through regular reviews and reporting.

• Coordinate with internal departments for a smooth customer journey.

• Ensure CRM is updated accurately by the team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Real Estate Sales.

• Overall experience of 4–8 years in real estate sales.

• Must have managed sales teams in Central Mumbai (Mulund, Bhandup, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Powai, or Ghatkopar).

• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
