Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor agents; set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets; delegate tasks; resolve conflicts.
Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans; conduct market analysis; identify new opportunities; drive lead generation.
Training & Development: Train new agents, enhance team skills (negotiation, closing, CRM use), and conduct regular performance reviews.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Oversee high-level client interactions, assist in closing deals, manage developer/stakeholder relationships, ensure customer satisfaction.
Performance & Reporting: Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, generate reports for management, ensure compliance with regulations.

Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales and leadership.
