•About the Role:
CashFast Finserv is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Personal Loan & OD Sales to manage and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Bajaj Overdraft (OD) products, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets in the retail finance segment.
•Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Loan Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive sales of Personal Loans and Bajaj Overdraft (OD) products through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance norms.
Collaborate with teams (Operations, Credit, and Product) for smooth loan processing and customer experience.
Maintain strong relationships with partner banks/NBFCs, primarily Bajaj Finance, for lead generation and business coordination.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements to strengthen product positioning.
•Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Personal Loan/Overdraft Sales, with mandatory exposure to Bajaj OD.
Proven leadership experience in managing a sales team.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
