Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful property transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in real estate sales, and a passion for motivating and developing a team of agents to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.

• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.

• Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in property sales

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in real estate sales, with at least 1 years in a management or leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, practices, and market conditions.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with both residential and commercial properties.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and online property platforms.
