About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader – Business Development to lead, mentor, and scale our telesales team. In this role, you will drive business growth by overseeing daily sales operations, managing lead pipelines, mentoring team executives, and ensuring ambitious conversion targets are met.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader with high energy, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of converting leads and coaching sales teams to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of telesales executives to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Pipeline & Performance Management: Oversee lead allocation, follow-ups, and customer interactions; monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion metrics via CRM and Excel.

• Coaching & Training: Train team members on sharp sales pitches, effective objection handling, negotiation techniques, and professional customer communication.

• Operations & Reporting: Conduct daily stand-ups and 1-on-1 performance reviews, maintain accurate sales reports, and support the recruitment and onboarding of new talent.

• Escalation Management: Handle high-value leads and complex customer conversations to ensure smooth deal closures.

• Process Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to office discipline, attendance policies, and internal workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of solid experience in sales, with at least 1+ year in a team-handling or supervisory role.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Mindset: Target-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and capable of leading from the front.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRMs, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and performance tracking dashboards.
