As the store manager, the candidate will require to oversee and fulfil the following aspects
• Day to day management of in store operations
• Implementing targeted sales strategies (formulated by business owners) via social media,
phone, email and in person client pitches
• Generating, managing and updating social media content pertaining to products and services
which includes photographs, videos, comments and responses
• Managing in store orders via phone, email and in person
• Managing client relationships of regular and key clients which includes frequent
communication, promotion of new products and services, servicing, documentation such as
billing and invoicing and ensuring that orders are delivered in a timely manner and as per
requirements
• Daily maintenance and updating of records which include records pertaining to sales across
categories, vendor purchases, in store inventory, operational aspects and attendance
• Daily inventory management to ensure there is adequate supply of products and services in
store and diligent management of vendor purchases
• Submission, maintenance, tracking, follow ups and completion of receipts, payments, bills,
invoices and purchase documentation
• Managing and overseeing in store artists to ensure products and services and prepared and
delivered in a timely manner
• Overseeing day to day management and cleanliness of the store
