Job Title:Store Helper (Pan-India)

Job Overview

The Store Sales Coordinator manages daily retail and sales operations, supporting store staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience to drive store revenue.

Core Responsibilities

Central Communications: Serve as the primary administrative link between corporate/head office and store managers across all pan-India locations.

Staffing & Rostering Coordination: Oversee and align store shift schedules, attendance logs, leave requests, and manpower distribution across regional stores.

Inventory & Stock Logistics: Monitor stock levels via central systems and coordinate with regional store staff and warehouses for stock replenishment, transfers, and audits.

Daily Sales Tracking: Collect daily sales reports, target updates, and store footfall data from location teams to consolidate for management review.

Compliance & SOP Enforcement: Ensure regional store staff follow company operational guidelines, health & safety policies, and local retail regulations.

Support & Escalations: Handle operational queries, technical issues, POS glitches, and staff grievances from store locations and coordinate swift resolutions with relevant departments.

Promotional Execution Oversight: Coordinate with store leads during national sales, marketing drives, and new campaign rollouts to ensure visual merchandising consistency nationwide.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, store administration, or sales support roles.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and retail Point of Sale (POS) or ERP systems.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.

• Basic understanding of inventory management and retail sales metrics.
