Prospecting and Closing Deals:
Identify potential merchants, follow up, and close deals. Look for opportunities to upsell.
Process guardian:
Diligently following our processes for acquiring, onboarding merchants, following our compliance policies and procedures, and fulfilling necessary documentation and reporting for sales management.
Market Awareness:
Updated on market trends and competition. Share insights to improve our products.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience & Relevant Experience:
2 to 6 years in an Individual Contributor capacity
In a frontline sales role.
Front Line Retail Sales in Fintech, Banking and Financial Services, including Insurance, Solution Selling in IT and SAAS products, Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom will be preferred. Prior experience in POS Sales, Solution Selling, EMI Deals, and Working Capital Loans is desirable but not necessary.
