Key Responsibilities
Market Coverage & Lead Generation: Regularly visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, and convenience stores to pitch new beverages and secure bulk orders.
Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure products have prime shelf placement, are adequately chilled, and are rotated to meet brand and food safety standards.
Equipment Management: Coordinate the placement, maintenance, and redeployment of company-owned assets like refrigerators, vending machines, and fountain dispensers.
Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with store managers and distributors to drive repeat business, handle stock returns, and address client complaints.
Promotional Execution: Set up point-of-sale displays and implement marketing/discount schemes to maximize sales volume during peak seasons.
Sales Reporting: Track and submit daily/weekly coverage reports, manage invoices, and monitor territory revenue versus assigned key performance indicators (KPIs). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Essential Skills
Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of various stock-keeping units (SKUs), margin structures, and the competitive beverage landscape.
Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to negotiate shelf space, pricing, and exclusivity contracts with business owners.
Time Management: Capable of executing high-frequency, mapped-out daily routes efficiently.
Physical Stamina: The role often involves lifting cases of beverages and being on your feet for extended periods
