Job Title: Showroom Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations and drive customer satisfaction at our showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in showroom or retail management, sales support, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure a pleasant customer experience.

·         Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate product support.

·         Coordinate with the sales and back-end teams for order processing, invoicing, and delivery follow-ups.

·         Maintain product displays, stock records, and ensure showroom cleanliness and visual appeal.

·         Achieve monthly sales and service targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

·         No field visits required – this is a fully showroom-based position.

Requirements:

·         Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in retail, sales, or marketing.

·         3–5 years of experience in showroom management or customer support roles.

·         Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to lead a team and handle customer queries efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time (Showroom-based)
