Showroom Manager – Saree Showroom

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our saree showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales experience, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for sales targets, team management, customer service, stock coordination, billing, and overall showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the saree showroom.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Handle customers professionally and provide an excellent shopping experience.

• Assist customers in selecting sarees and ethnic wear according to their requirements.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

• Maintain proper display and arrangement of sarees and other merchandise.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory/store team.

• Manage billing, cash handling, and daily cash reconciliation.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

• Train new employees on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, discipline, and visual merchandising standards.

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and overall performance.

• Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.

• Ensure proper showroom opening and closing procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–5 years

• Education: Graduation (10+2+3)

• Age: 18–34 years

• Language: Hindi

• Strong retail sales and customer-handling skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.

• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.

• Target-oriented with good commercial awareness.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates with a strong retail sales background are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

Experience in sarees, ethnic wear, fashion retail, textile, apparel, or similar retail/showroom environments will be preferred.

Compensation & Shift

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance

• Shift: Day Shift

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Location: Manavta Nagar, Hoshiarpur, Punjab
