We have a well curated bouquet of rewards and recognition program for the employees Dynamic, Inclusive and Diverse team culture Gender Neutral Policy Inclusive Health Benefits for all - Medical Insurance, Personal Accidental, Group Term Life Insurance and Annual Health Checkup, Dental and OPD benefits Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose Responsible for executing Shikhar programs as per defined plan to increase activation and spends Role Accountability Manage Activation and Spends on Shikhar portfolio in assigned geographical area To deliver on activation and spends on Shikhar portfolio Create tie-ups and alliances with local/city centric merchants Launch & roll out local level engagement programs for cardholders Liaise with sales for identifying merchants and execution support on branch/cluster level engagement programs & with Brand team for visibility of SBI Card brand / offer at merchant store / city catchment area Track & report activation numbers for Shikhar Portfolio Launch & Manage local merchant tie-ups All offer related execution responsibilities like LOI, agreement, logo , offer compliance, complaint redressal etc. Onboarding local agency for local tie ups, Ensure Proper Billing process (PO) Perform process documentation and compliance adherence Roll out Regional festival campaigns Maintain & Create Merchant funded Offer property Measures of Success Retail Spends Active Rate No of local offers Merchant EMI Volumes Renewal of offers Process adherence Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Spends Category Understanding Good knowledge on Consumer and Competition behavior and Credit Card Market Dynamics Prior experience of managing alliances and partnerships Competencies critical to the role Planning & Organizing Analytical Ability Negotiation & Influencing Innovation & Problem Solving Teamwork & Collaboration Qualification MBA /PGDBM in any discipline Preferred Industry Payment Card Industry, Merchant Acceptance & Acquiring, Insurance Channel Engagement Experience Level Mid Level
