Position: Service Engineer

Experience: Fresher - 1 Year

Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics or related discipline)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain industrial equipment and systems at customer sites.

• Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.

• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for issue resolution.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company service procedures.

• Provide product demonstrations and basic operational training to customers.

• Travel to client locations as required for installation and service activities.

• Maintain professional customer relationships while ensuring high service quality.
