Job Title: Service Engineer

Department: Service

Reports To: Service Coordinator

Job Overview

Responsible for product commissioning, customer complaint resolution, service

documentation, and follow-up for ASC renewals, purchase orders, invoices, payments

and Sales Enquiries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 Receive product dispatch and commissioning details from the Service Coordinator/Zonal

Service Engineer.

 Contact customers to understand site conditions and readiness and plan

commissioning accordingly.

 Carry out product installation/commissioning at customer sites.

 Prepare service/commissioning reports, obtain customer approval, and submit them to

the Service Coordinator/Manager.

 Attend and resolve customer service complaints within the required timeline.

 Send defective parts to Sanpar after complaint resolution, as per the process.

 Remind customers on the 3rd of the relevant visit regarding ASC renewal and follow up

for confirmation.

 Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders after offers are submitted.

 Coordinate with Logistics for invoices and hand over invoice hard copies to customers

wherever required.

 Follow up with customers for pending payments and provide updates to the concerned

team.

 Maintain proper records of service calls, commissioning, complaints, ASC renewals,

orders, invoices, and payments.

 Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

 Good communication and customer-handling skills.

 Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

 Good documentation and reporting skills.

 Willingness to travel to customer sites.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience

 ITI in refrigeration/ Diploma relevant technical field.

 Experience in service, commissioning, maintenance, or technical support is preferred.
