### Core Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship & Sales Leadership

• Consultative Selling: Act as the bridge between the technician and the customer. Translate complex technical issues into easy-to-understand value propositions to sell necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.

• Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and high CSI (Customer Service Index) scores.

• Active Listening: Understand customer concerns thoroughly to provide accurate initial estimates and timelines.

2. Floor Management & Workflow Coordination

• Traffic Control: Manage the daily intake of vehicles, ensuring the garage floor is utilized efficiently without bottlenecks.

• Staff Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the front office and the technicians. Assign tasks based on skill level and current workload.

• Quality Control: Monitor the progress of each job to ensure deadlines are met and work meets Masters Garage’s high standards.

3. Business Operations

• Smooth Workflow: Maintain an organized scheduling system to balance "while-you-wait" services with long-term repairs.

• Administrative Accuracy: Ensure all work orders, invoices, and parts requests are documented accurately for seamless billing.
