Job Summary:
The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The role involves understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, ensuring timely vehicle delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand vehicle/service-related concerns.
Prepare job cards and explain repair/service requirements.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for smooth operations.
Provide accurate estimates of cost and delivery time.
Follow up on pending work and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Maintain proper documentation and service records.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Promote value-added services and accessories when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular updates and communication.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and process guidelines.
Required Skills:
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic technical knowledge of automobiles.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in automobile service industry preferred.
