We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Events & Exhibitions team.

The role involves speaking with prospective delegates, understanding their professional interests, promoting relevant events and exhibitions, and converting conversations into confirmed registrations/delegate participation.

This is a sales-focused role suited for someone who enjoys speaking with people, following up with prospects, and working towards clear targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective delegates from provided databases and leads.

• Understand the prospect's profile, business requirements and areas of interest.

• Promote relevant conferences, exhibitions, trade shows and business events.

• Explain event benefits, agendas, speakers, participation opportunities and registration details.

• Identify qualified prospects and convert them into confirmed delegates.

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects through calls, email and other approved communication channels.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle questions and objections professionally and move conversations towards closure.

• Coordinate with the sales and event teams to ensure a smooth delegate registration process.

• Maintain a professional and positive experience for every prospect.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Delegate Sales, Event Sales or B2B Sales.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

• Target-oriented and motivated by sales performance.

• Good follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales may also apply.
