Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining property details, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Explain project details, including location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and availability.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Generate qualified leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow up with potential buyers through calls, messages, and emails.

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits.

• Share customer feedback and lead status with the sales team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups until the lead is converted or closed.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

• Strong follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

• Willingness to make a high volume of calls daily.
