Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telecallers to join our Real Estate Referral Sales team. The role involves calling prospective customers, generating leads, handling inquiries, and converting opportunities through effective follow-ups and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to explain real estate projects and services.
Generate and qualify leads through referral sales.
Handle customer inquiries and provide project information.
Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
HSC / Graduate.
1–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
